TeamViz will also email you a confirmation that the case was received. You are given a ticket number and a link to track the status of your case. You can come back at any time to view the status of that case.

This is the best way for support. Please find the “Feedback and Support” label on the right side of this page, and select “Give feedback” from popup widget, or you can directly open the link to forum, and post some suggestions to the public forum. You may find that similar issue has been resolved before. Other users may also vote to your suggestion. The more votes a suggestion got, the higher priority it will be added in future release.
